Adani case के मामले में supreme court ने आज कोई भी decision नही दिया है, आज 29 Aug 2023 को तारीख थी adani hindenburg case पर hearing होने वाली थी . लेकिन इसे supreme court ने postpone किया है.
Adani hindenburg case मामले में total 24 investigation चालू है , उसमे से 22 मामले पर sebi का investigation complete हो चुका है, बाकी 2 पर अभी भी complete investigation होना बाकी है. ये इसीलिए pending है क्यू की foreign companies से जो data मंगाया गया था वो अभी तक नही आया.
Foreign offshore companies के तरफ से details abhi नही आई है, जिसमे 5 Tax Heavens का नाम भी शामिल है.
तो इसीलिए supreme courte ने आज कोई decision नही लिया है , & hearing को postpone किया गया है, next कोई date नही दीयी गई है , यानी की अब सारा investigation होने के बाद ही direct court decision लेंगा. investigation होने के बाद कभी भी supreme court अपना फैसला सुना सकती है.
इसी वजह से adani के सारे stocks में आज ज्यादा हलचल नही थी. सारे लगभग flat ही थे. अगर case का result अदानी के लिए positive रहता है तो adani के सारे stocks ऊपर भाग जायेंगे , और अगर अदानी Group के लिए negative decision आता है, तो सारे अदानी के stocks ज्यादा गिर जायेंगे, direct circuit भी लग सकता है दोनो side में .
